Infinity Tours & Safaris

Welcome to Infinity Tours & Safaris. By booking a safari or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
 
✅ 1. Bookings & Payments
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of any tour or self-drive package.
Full payment (100%) is due two months before arrival.
A 15% facilitation and administration fee applies to all self-drive tours and accommodation bookings. This fee is payable upon confirmation.
 
✅ 2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees (excluding facilitation and admin fees):
89–60 days before arrival: 75% refund
59–36 days before arrival: 50% refund
35–22 days before arrival: 25% refund
21 days or less before arrival: No refund
Note: In cases of force majeure, cancellation terms may be flexible at our discretion.
 
✅ 3. Pricing & Inclusions
Prices include services as specified in your itinerary.
Exclusions (unless stated): flights, visas, travel insurance, and personal expenses.
 
✅ 4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Medical emergencies
Trip cancellations
Lost or stolen belongings
 
✅ 5. Responsibilities
Infinity Tours & Safaris acts as a booking facilitator and cannot be held liable for acts or omissions of third-party service providers (lodges, airlines, car rental companies).
Travellers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and compliance with health regulations.
 
✅ 6. Liability
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Participation in adventure activities (e.g., quad biking, skydiving) is at your own risk.
 
✅ 7. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
 
✅ 8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Namibia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Namibian jurisdiction.
